Which size should I get — Standard or Deluxe?
Standard is sized for subcompact to compact holsters, and it's the size on this offer. Step up to Deluxe if you're running a compact to full-size holster — including light-bearing setups, mag attachments, or a wider sidecar rig. Either way it ships with extra fill so you can dial it in.
What does the Cloudster Pillow come with?
Everything you need. Your Cloudster Pillow arrives fully stuffed, plus one extra bag of shredded cooling-gel memory foam, two loop-style Velcro strips to attach to your holster, an alcohol wipe to prep the holster, and a set of instructions with QR-code videos. All you need is your holster and about a minute to install it — I'd give it about 5 minutes to adjust the fill and position and read through the instructions so it rides optimally.
Will it work with my holster and the way I carry?
It's built to work with the setup you already own. It attaches to the flat back of just about any IWB or AIWB holster with hook-and-loop, so it rides appendix, strong-side, or wherever's comfortable. Nothing to re-rig — it tucks in behind the holster you're already running.
Is it just a block of foam?
No — that's the whole point. Inside is shredded cooling-gel memory foam in a soft cotton cover, not a solid molded block. Because the fill is loose, you can add or take some out to get the exact thickness that works for your body and your holster.
Will it add a lot of bulk?
It's designed to do the opposite — the wedge angles the grip in toward your body and rounds off the hard corners that tend to show through a shirt. And because the fill is adjustable, you keep it as slim as you want: start with less and add more until it feels right.
Can I get a second one?

How fast does it ship?
Orders placed before 11am Pacific ship the same day; after that they go out the next business day (we ship Monday through Saturday). Everything goes USPS Ground Advantage, usually about 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are, and you'll get tracking by email when it's on its way.
What if it's not for me — can I return it?
You've got 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it. Send it back in good condition (normal wear is fine) and we'll take care of you. Returns are handled by mail, and return shipping runs $8.50.
Is it really made in the USA?
Yes. All of our products are made right here in the USA — not a mass-produced import.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash only — lukewarm water and a mild soap like Woolite. Don't machine wash. Let it air dry completely before you use it again so it doesn't shrink. When it's dry, you can toss it in the dryer on regular heat for up to 5 minutes to re-fluff the fill — just don't over-dry it.
