We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

We also accept exchanges if you prefer to swap your item for a different one.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of $5.00 when sending an item back to us. Additionally, for exchanges, a shipping fee of $5.00 will be charged for the product to be shipped back to you.
- If you choose to exchange your item for a more expensive one, the price difference must be paid before the new item is shipped. If the exchanged item costs less than the original, the difference will be refunded or applied as a credit toward the shipping cost.
- For orders that are returned and qualified for free shipping, a $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping cost.
Product Condition for Returns & Exchanges
- Products must be returned in good, undamaged condition. Normal use is acceptable.
Return & Exchange Window
- Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Return Method
- Returns are processed by mail only.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.
For orders that qualified for free shipping, a $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping cost.
Restocking Fee
- No restocking fee applies to any returns or exchanges.
Refund Processing Time
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3 days to the original payment method.
