Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
At Cloudster Pillow, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide seamless service. Below are our shipping, returns, and exchanges policies:
Shipping
- Orders placed by 11 AM PST are processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 11 AM PST will still be processed quickly, and we’ll do our best to ship the same day. However, if it’s after 5:30 PM PST and you haven’t received a tracking number, your order will ship the following business day.
- We offer free shipping for customers within the United States.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Cloudster Pillow purchase for any reason:
- You may return it within 30 days for a full refund.
- All original contents of the order must be returned.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your returned item(s).
Exchanges
We offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of purchase:
- If the new item is of greater value, the price difference must be paid before shipping.
- If the new item is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the difference.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping of the original item.
- Once the original item is received, and any price differences are settled, your new item will be shipped.
