Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

By applying to the Cloudster Pillow Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Cloudster Pillow reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 10% commission on the total checkout amount of referred sales.

The total checkout amount is calculated after any applicable discounts, taxes, and shipping costs have been deducted.

Commissions are calculated based on successful transactions only.

3. Commission Payouts

Commissions are paid on the 15th of the month after 30 days of the completed order date.

For example, if an order was placed and completed on February 5, the commission payout would take place on March 15.

Payments are made via the payment method specified in your affiliate account.

If a product is returned for a full refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s future commission payout.

4. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a customer returns a product for a full refund or a chargeback occurs, the associated commission amount will be deducted from the following month’s commission payment.

5. Compliance with Laws and Ethical Conduct

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to FTC guidelines regarding advertising and disclosures. Affiliates must promote Cloudster Pillow in an ethical manner and avoid any misleading claims.

6. Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ventura County, California.

Any disputes must be submitted in writing to Cloudster Pillow with in 30 days of the recorded payment date.

Mediation will be the primary remedy for any unresolved disputes before pursuing any legal action.

7. Termination

Cloudster Pillow reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time if we determine there has been a violation of these terms or any fraudulent activity.
