Built Around USA-Made Nylon Webbing

The Kore tactical nylon belts we carry are built around USA-made nylon webbing and a reinforced internal stiffener — the platform that gives the belt its all-day rigidity without belt roll. Buckle hardware is sourced separately by Kore. Together it’s a precise, repeatable, no-sag carry platform we’ll stake our recommendation on for serious EDC.

What Makes the Best Concealed Carry Belt?

A real concealed carry belt does one job a fashion belt can’t: it carries the weight of a loaded holster without sagging, rolling, or letting your grip flop away from your body. The difference between a comfortable, concealed all-day carry and a printing, sliding mess usually comes down to the belt — not the holster.

Three things separate a true concealed carry belt from a regular one:

  • Rigidity across the width — a reinforced core stops “belt roll,” so the holster stays tucked in tight.
  • Repeatable, dialed-in fit — Kore’s ratchet track gives ~40+ micro-adjust positions vs the 5–7 holes of a traditional belt, so you can tighten a quarter-inch when you add a holster and mag.
  • Carry-correct 1.5″ width — the standard concealed carry belt width that fits virtually every IWB and OWB holster clip.

Every Kore tactical nylon belt below is built on that platform, which is why we recommend it as a concealed carry belt for serious EDC. Not sure on width or stiffness? The EDC Belt Guide walks through how to choose, and ratchet vs traditional belts covers why the buckle matters. For men sizing a no-holes belt, see the best men's ratchet belt guide.

Frequently Asked

The nylon webbing on these tactical belts is USA-made and the belts ship from Kore’s US operation. Buckle hardware is sourced separately by Kore — we don’t claim full US origin on every component, but the belt platform itself is built around USA-made nylon.
Yes — the 1.5″ tactical nylon profile is the standard CCW width and matches almost every IWB and OWB holster clip. The reinforced core stops belt roll so the holster grip stays in tight against the body, which is the whole game for concealment.
Kore’s ratcheting track gives you about a quarter-inch of adjustment at a time — roughly 40+ sizing positions instead of the 5–7 holes a traditional belt offers. You can tighten or loosen on the fly without re-punching anything.
Yes — a stable belt is exactly what makes a holster wedge work. The Kore nylon platform holds your wedge and holster in a consistent position all day, which is what we built Cloudster Pillow around.
