What’s covered
If your Cloudster product fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll replace it, for as long as you own it. This covers our holster pillows, mag carriers and other products made by Cloudster Pillow.
What isn’t covered
- Normal wear, including the foam fill softening over time. Refill foam is sold separately.
- Damage from accidents or misuse.
- Products that have been cut, modified or repaired by someone else.
How to make a claim
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the problem. If it’s covered, we’ll ship you a replacement at no charge. You don’t need to send the product back.
