The Kore C1 competition belt is a 1.5″ complete kit built for IPSC and USPSA stages — a rigid outer belt on a reinforced inner belt, rated to 15+ lb, so magazine pouches and a race holster stay exactly where you indexed them from the first stage to the last.
We ship the padded reinforced inner belt as standard. Kore charges the same for padded and non-padded, so there is no reason to send the thinner one — the padded inner adds 2 mm of cushion where the belt sits on your hips over a long match day.
Why competition shooters run a two-belt system
The inner belt threads through your trouser loops and stays there. The outer carries the rig and locks to it, so your pouch spacing survives between stages and between matches — you set the positions once instead of rebuilding the belt every time you get dressed. That repeatability is the whole point: your hand goes where the mag was last time.
Micro-adjustable, not hole-punched
The ratchet track adjusts in quarter-inch increments with over 40 sizing positions instead of the five or six a hole pattern gives you. Under a loaded competition rig that is the difference between the belt sitting where you set it and the belt creeping as you move through a stage.

Where it sits against the rest of the line
A competition belt is 1.5″ and rated 15+ lb — rigid, but sized to a division-legal width. A 1.75″ MOLLE battle belt is rated 20 lb for pouches and range work, and a 2.25″ duty belt is rated 30 lb for a full patrol load. For concealed carry rather than the range, the 1.5″ gun belt line is the right platform.
Sizing
Measure over the clothing you shoot in. The strap is cut to size on fitting, and cut belts cannot be returned, exchanged or claimed as damaged — Kore’s policy across the line. Uncut belts in original condition can be returned within 30 days. The Kore belt sizing guide walks through measuring.
