The Kore tactical nylon belts we carry are built around USA-made nylon webbing and a reinforced internal stiffener — the platform that gives the belt its all-day rigidity without belt roll. Buckle hardware is sourced separately by Kore — we don’t claim full US origin on every component, but the belt platform itself is built around USA-made nylon. The dress side of the Kore lineup is back on the shelf: buffalo leather gun belts in brown, black, tan, and coffee, plus the ArmorTek leather series — engineered for the look and feel of cowhide leather with twice the durability. Rounding out the line: a basketweave belt built on ArmorTek leather and a carbon fiber–pattern belt that covers 24″–54″ waists in a single strap.
Every one runs the same X-Series ratchet track and reinforced core as the nylon belts — same micro-adjust fit, same no-sag holster support — in a belt that passes at the office or with jeans. Each is cut-to-size: trim the strap to your measurement and attach the buckle with the included hardware. Select styles are also stocked in XL (fits 44″–54″).

What Makes the Best Concealed Carry Belt?
A real concealed carry belt does one job a fashion belt can’t: it carries the weight of a loaded holster without sagging, rolling, or letting your grip flop away from your body. The nylon webbing on these tactical belts is USA-made and the belts ship from Kore’s US operation. Buckle hardware is sourced separately by Kore — we don’t claim full US origin on every component, but the belt platform itself is built around USA-made nylon. The buffalo leather and specialty belts are part of Kore’s standard line — we don’t make a US-origin claim on those.
Are these belts okay for concealed carry?
Yes — the 1.5″ tactical nylon profile is the standard CCW width and matches almost every IWB and OWB holster clip. The reinforced core stops belt roll so the holster grip stays in tight against the body, which is the whole game for concealment.
How does the micro-adjust fit work?
Kore’s ratcheting track gives you about a quarter-inch of adjustment at a time — roughly 40+ sizing positions instead of the 5–7 holes a traditional belt offers. You can tighten or loosen on the fly without re-punching anything.
Do the leather and specialty belts use the same ratchet system?
Yes — every belt in the line runs Kore’s X-Series track: the same ~40+ quarter-inch micro-adjust positions and the same interchangeable X-Series buckles. The leather and specialty straps are cut-to-size just like the nylon, and select styles are stocked in XL for 44″–54″ waists.
