What is a western gun belt?

A western gun belt is a leather belt with a decorative buckle — bison, horse, bull or rodeo styling — that is built stiff enough to carry a holstered handgun. The difference from a fashion western belt is the internal reinforcement: it holds the holster upright instead of folding under the weight.

Can you carry concealed with a western belt?
