Quick answer: Yes, the Cloudster Pillow works with Tenicor holsters; our customers run it on the CERTUM, CERTUM3 and CERTUM LUX2. It attaches with hook-and-loop to the side of the holster that faces your body, low toward the muzzle. Tenicor doesn’t sell a holster wedge or foam pad of its own. Its CERTUM4 and VELO5 holsters use a camming bar instead, offered in low, medium and high heights, to fine-tune how far the holster rotates into your body. The Cloudster Pillow holster wedge adds a cushioned layer at the muzzle end whose thickness you set yourself. For a Glock 19 in a Tenicor holster, the Deluxe or the Monster.

Does the Cloudster Pillow Fit Tenicor Holsters?

Yes. The pillow mounts with hook-and-loop on the body side of the holster, low toward the muzzle. Loop strips and an alcohol wipe come with the pillow, so you have what you need for the first install. Our customers run it on Tenicor CERTUM, CERTUM3 and CERTUM LUX2 holsters, with guns from a Glock 43X to a Glock 19 and a Staccato C (see their reviews below).

Tenicor’s current IWB and AIWB holsters are the CERTUM4 (appendix or hip), the light-bearing CERTUM LUX4, the appendix-only VELO5 and the light-bearing VELO LUX.

Does Tenicor Make Its Own Holster Wedge?

No. We checked Tenicor’s own store in October 2026: it sells holsters, mag pouches, belts, clip kits and hardware, but no wedge, foam pad or backer. Tenicor’s way of tucking the grip in is the camming bar on the CERTUM4 and VELO5, offered in low, medium and high heights to fine-tune how far the holster rotates into your body.

The camming bar and the Cloudster Pillow do different jobs. The camming bar sets how far the holster rotates into your body. The pillow adds a soft, adjustable layer at the muzzle end of the body side, so the bottom edge of the holster is cushioned instead of pressing into you. You can run both; change one at a time so you can tell what each does.

Does a VELO5 still need a pillow?

Tenicor describes the VELO5 as “Formed for your body, organic angles and curves combine to eliminate hot spots and pressure points by filling voids between the gun and body for maximum comfort.” The shell is “Made from durable, thick (0.093″) thermoplastic.” The Cloudster Pillow does a different job: it mounts with hook-and-loop low on the body side, cushions the hard bottom edge of the shell, and angles the grip into your body by as much as the fill you leave in.

On the CERTUM4, Tenicor offers camming bars in low, medium and high to “fine tune the rotation of the holster into the body for optimal concealment.” The Cloudster Pillow cushions the muzzle end, and its fill also changes the angle: more fill tips the grip in further, less fill is subtler. Change one at a time so you can tell what each does.

The choice between the two sizes is yours. For larger body frames we recommend sizing up: a larger pillow can always be made to feel smaller by taking some fill out, but a smaller pillow can’t be made to feel bigger. Not sure? How to Install a Cloudster Pillow on a Tenicor Holster

  1. Unload and remove the gun from the holster.
  2. Clean the body side of the holster with the included alcohol wipe and let it dry.
  3. Stick the loop strip on the body side, starting low toward the muzzle end; adjust to taste, since there is no fixed spot.
  4. Press the pillow on, thicker part toward the muzzle. Our adhesive reaches full strength after 24 hours, so give it a day before heavy use if you can.
  5. Wear it and check standing, sitting and bending. The grip should tuck in, and the holster’s bottom edge should be cushioned instead of pressing into you.
  6. Tune the fill. More fill tips the grip in further; less fill is subtler. If it pokes when you sit, move it up toward the trigger guard. Our wedge placement guide has the details.
